Cold-brew, it’s just iced coffee, right?

Wrong! Iced coffee is coffee blended with ice, whereas cold brew is coffee that is brewed with cold water.

Big batch cold brew involves steeping coffee grounds in cold water for up to 24 hours, to produce a coffee concentrate. This can then be stored in the fridge for up to two weeks – ready to add to your drinks whenever you want it! This is a synch to do at home with some simple and clever gadgets.
